Through networking NPA seeks to build positive environments where international Danish and Nordic artists meet to create music-dramatic works within interdisciplinary art forms. NPA breaks with traditional music performances mixing video- and sound installation, dance, performance art, electronic, indie and classical music. Our vision is to bring experimental art into our society to a broader audience through an educating theatre.

The works of NPA originate from the German playwright Bertolt Brecht’s ideas about art to be the voice of those who stands in the shade and of the French art critic Nicolas Bourriaud’s thoughts on the concept of ‘relational aesthetics’ that seeks to invent a work form that creates the basis for possible meetings between people. He describes it as “Any specific work of art will be a proposal to inhabit a world together.”
